(Condition report)
A Level 1 building survey, also known as a Condition Report, is the simplest
option among three different
types of property surveys.
It is designed for homeowners or potential buyers who require a neutral, expert evaluation
of the state of a property.
This type of survey is most appropriate for properties that are newly built, adhere to
standard construction methods, and do not feature any complex designs or significant wear
and tear.
Our surveyor carries out a visual inspection without testing the building materials or
systems directly. The resulting report does not provide recommendations for repairs or
upkeep.
In instances where the surveyor is unable to make definitive assessments, the report will
recommend additional investigations to fully comprehend the property's condition.
