Level 2 building survey

Level 2 survey
(Homebuyer report)

A Level 2 survey is ideal for buyers who want an informed, professional overview of a property’s main features and overall condition.

It is best suited to conventional homes built with standard materials and methods, typically in moderate-reasonable condition.

It may not suit homes that are highly modified, uniquely structured, historic or not well-kept. As the favoured choice among surveys, it provides an extensive online summary of the property in question.

During the assessment, our surveyor carries out a visual inspection, but doesn't test the property's construction materials or its electrical, plumbing or heating systems.

What’s included?
